Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Astro Ellipsis collects, why, and how it is protected.

What I collect

• Your name, email address and, if you choose, a phone or WhatsApp number
• Your date, time and place of birth, and the area you want to focus on
• Payment references, such as a UPI transaction ID

Why I collect it

Only to deliver the service you booked: to prepare your reading, schedule your session, send workshop or course access, and confirm payment. If you opt in on a form, I may also email you about future workshops and courses; you can opt out at any time.

Who processes it

Forms, calendars and video calls run on Google (Forms, Calendar, Meet). Payments are processed by Razorpay, which handles card and bank details under its own security standards. I never see or store your full card details.

What I never do

I do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing. Your chart and what you discuss in a consultation stay confidential.

How long I keep it

Booking information is kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and accounting requirements. You may ask me to delete your birth details and session notes at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you by writing to astro.ellipsis@gmail.com.
