Refund and Cancellation Policy

Every service is a reserved slot of time and preparation, so please read this before booking.

Consultations

• You can reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Consultation fees are not refundable once the booking is confirmed.
• If you miss a session without notice, it counts as delivered.

Workshops

• Workshop seats are not refundable.
• You may transfer your seat to someone else by emailing their name and email address at least 24 hours before the workshop.

Courses

• Course fees are refunded in full if you cancel before the first class.
• No refund is available once the first class has taken place.

If I cancel

If Ellipsis has to cancel or reschedule any session, you will be offered a new date. If no new date suits you, you will receive a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
